Universal benefits of accessibility
There was an interesting piece on NPR’s Morning Edition program today about Danish researchers who are working on hands-free tablet interaction using eye control. What caught my attention was the elegant case they make for making accessibility features universal to all computer design, not an expensive, specialized, separate gadget for one particular segment of the population. Interesting food for thought as we advocate for universal accessibility of online images.
